Maintenance Safety Block

A mechanical safety block is installed beneath the lift platform during maintenance to provide physical support and prevent unexpected platform movement, ensuring a safe working environment for service personnel.

Platform Over-Limit Detection

The lift platform is equipped with over-limit detection to verify whether the four-way shuttle is fully positioned within the platform area before lifting operation.

If the shuttle exceeds the platform boundary or is not correctly positioned, the system prevents lifting operation and provides an alert, reducing the risk of shuttle tilting, equipment damage, and operational accidents.
